Every night before getting into bed I poen my window and look at the night sky and breathe the cool air and think of what you wrote in your post. That the sky is still there, as calm as ever and the world still stands. It's very comforting.
We will HAVE to meet if you ever come to England - your words surprise me - you're obviously someone who absorbs everything from even the smallest things, and so is the making of a great teacher.
Thank you so much for your encouraging words! :) You're spot on with the absorption part. Only now with the yoga and Sikhi I'm learning to be strong at the same time and not be blown through by every wave and vibration. :D It would be great to meet, and I'm sure we will. Until then I've recently become a member on gorasikhs.ning.com/ community, maybe you're already a member?
Actually no I'm not a member - but perhaps they would ban me from joining since I'm not a "Gora Sikh" lol. I'm a born 1st generation British Sikh. Both my parents are from India.
Yes - Yoga + Sikhi is certainly the most powerful combination I've come across and unlocks the true essence of a human being's potential. There's nothing like it I've seen - except maybe the Himalayan Yogis who have practised yoga and meditation for 1000s of years and whose faces shine with light.
