A Day In The Life Of Me!

6:00am Alarm. Go back to sleep - too tired!
9:05am Get up. Brush teeth. Cold shower.
10am Boot up computer whilst eating cereal. Check email and Facebook till 11am.
11:15am Book a meeting for next week with a Christian guy I met at University to discuss how I could share some spiritual teachings with the group he works for.
11:20am Sent someone some healing energy.
11:45am Tea and pizza. Work out plans for next few days for a trip in London and a weekend healing workshop near Slindon till 12pm.
12:00pm Just Remembered I'm meant to record my day (and start doing so!)
12:11pm Make to-do list for rest of day.
12:16pm Start work on building a new Sikhism resource website doing search engine optimisation
2:00pm Lunch
2:20pm Start work again
3:30pm Short break
3:55pm Meeting with some software developers to get some advice on creating a central database repository for the future of eGurbani till 4:15
4:15pm Parents go into town - I get some quiet time to relax
5:20pm A miracle. Just so happens that the developers I was speaking to, I met one of them a few weeks ago!
5:40pm Start work again. More SEO research. Its quite interesting on the contrary.
6:08pm Tea time (again!)
6:47pm Drinkin some hot lemon to combat the effects of lack of meditation which makes me ill
6:55pm Receive text about someone interesting in running a free food serving programme (Langar) in Birmingham
7:15pm Start Sikh evening meditation (Rehraas) with family. Aura has been significantly repaired - illness is leaving.
7:33pm Back to work!
8:18pm Dinner - rice, indian chappati, soya bean potato curry and salad
8:36pm Continue work. Having a lovely juice drink from Sun Crest.
9:15pm Drink some golden milk with tumeric.
9:30pm Finally finish work! Sending an email down a mailing list - then should be done for the day! Woohoo!
9:36pm Announcement sent! My work is done. Time to brush my teeth, do an evening Sikh meditation called Kirtan Sohilla and then retire for the day :). Good night diary and world. Sat Naam.
